I'm Allyson Sobieraj, a photographer shaped by years of documenting real-life events, everyday scenes, and the people within them. What began as a curiosity in middle school evolved into a deeper calling—one that led me to earn a BA in Photography from Columbia College Chicago and to explore the world around me with curiosity and intention, capturing the essence of people and places.
My experience spans event photography, portraits, street scenes, and everyday moments—both personal and communal. From local celebrations to city streets, I aim to highlight the emotion, movement, and details that often go unnoticed. Each photo is a reflection of how I see and engage with the world around me.
